To provide the highest quality service, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Submit requested documents promptly.
Review completed documents carefully before use.
Respond to requests for additional information in a timely manner.
Participate fully in any coaching or training program purchased.
DSCDS creates professional career documents designed to improve how clients present themselves during the hiring process.
While our resumes are professionally written and ATS optimized, no resume service can guarantee interviews or employment. Hiring decisions remain solely with employers.
Resume packages include revision opportunities as outlined in the purchased package.
Revisions are intended to correct information, clarify content, or incorporate additional information provided by the client.
Requests that substantially change career direction or require a complete rewrite may require an additional service fee.
Estimated turnaround times begin once:
payment has been received, and
all required documents and requested information have been submitted.
Client delays in providing requested information may extend delivery timelines.
Career coaching provides professional guidance, recommendations, and strategy.
Implementation of coaching recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.
The Fast Track Program is built around a proven system designed to help participants accelerate their job search.
To qualify for any advertised Fast Track Program guarantee, participants must:
Complete all required onboarding activities.
Use the resume and career documents provided by DSCDS.
Fully update their LinkedIn profile using the guidance provided.
Attend all required live coaching sessions or watch approved replays when available.
Complete assigned weekly action items.
Follow the RSIO System™ as instructed.
Apply consistently using the methods taught throughout the program.
Respond promptly to coaching requests and communications.
Participate in accountability activities as required.
Demonstrate consistent effort throughout the program.
Failure to complete program requirements, participate consistently, or follow the Fast Track process may void eligibility for the guarantee.
DSCDS reserves the right to verify participation before honoring any guarantee.
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Because DSCDS provides customized professional services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
If a client believes an issue has occurred, we encourage them to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.
All website content, courses, templates, guides, videos, downloads, graphics, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Daniel Smiley Career Development Solutions.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
DSCDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
